Refunds and cancelling

How payments, refunds and cancelling work is set out in sections 5 and 6 of the care terms: Paying and Changing or cancelling. You can cancel anytime by email, and your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for.

14-day promise: if you're not happy within 14 days of your first payment, I refund your first month in full.
